Chadwick Howard is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of Illinois and Western Illinois University. He taught for eleven years at Tucker Creek Middle School and now serves as Curriculum Specialist and Instructional Technology Facilitator at Newport Middle School. Commissioner Howard was elected in November 2022.
