Commissioner Keigher lives in Gastonia with his wife, Donna, and has four adult children and three grandchildren. He graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a degree in Education and has a background in teaching, business, and insurance. He has served on the Gaston County Board of Commissioners for seven terms, including multiple times as chairman and vice-chairman, and is actively involved in numerous state and county boards.
