Councilwoman Angela Dreher is a native of Gastonia and a lifelong resident, elected to serve Ward 4 on November 4, 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Belmont Abbey College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
