John Ritter is a native of Moore County and is serving his first term on the Board of Commissioners. He serves on the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, the Library Board of Trustees, the Trillium Health Resources Southern Regional Advisory Board, and as the commissioners' liaison to the Nursing and Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee. He has served on the Land Use Plan/UDO Task Force, as well as the Opioid Task Force.
