Robin Knapp is a former (veteran) USAF officer and retired Supervisory Special Agent/Special Agent with the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service, with 29 years of U.S. Government service. He was assigned to Camp Lejeune, NC, in 1990 and was heavily involved as a coach for local youth programs. Commissioner Knapp is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and the Commissioner representative to the Juvenile Crime Prevention Committee (JCPC).
