Corey Branch represents District C and was first elected to the Raleigh City Council in 2015. He serves as Chair of the Community Safety and Quality of Life Committee and as a member of the Transportation and Transit Committee. He served as Mayor Pro Tem from December 2017 to January 2021 and again in 2023.
