About

Commissioner Foster was elected to the Wayne County Board of Commissioners in November 2020 for District 3. A lifelong Goldsboro resident, Bevan graduated from NC Weslyan College with dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, and previously served as a City Councilman for District 4 from 2015-2019, including a term as Mayor Pro Tem. He currently works as a Qualified Substance Abuse counselor, a Licensed General contractor, and a Registered Real Estate appraiser trainee.
