Commissioner Don Kelly is the Sarpy County Commissioner from District 1 and the Board's 2026 Chair. He joined the county board in 2013. His priorities include maintaining public safety, improving local infrastructure, and promoting economic development. Don is a lifelong public servant who retired as a colonel from the U.S. Air Force.
