Councilwoman Alicia Holman has proudly served the Fifth ward since 2006, including as Chairwoman of the City Council (2015) and various committees. A lifelong East Orange resident, she attended Bloomfield College and Rutgers University. She works as a Youth Program Specialist with the Essex County Department of Citizen Services.
