Ruben Ramos Jr. served as a New Jersey State Assemblyman from 2008 to 2014, where he was on the Appropriations and Education Committees. He currently works as an educator in Paterson and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a cancer survivor and resides in Hoboken with his family.
