Gloria Gameros was elected as the District 2 Commissioner in November 2024. Gameros served as a Trustee and Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Anthony, NM, from 2016 to 2021. Her professional background includes small business ownership and finance, having owned a massage therapy practice in Las Cruces for 16 years, worked in payroll and data entry for the Gadsden School District, and held positions in two CPA firms in El Paso. This wide-ranging experience gives Commissioner Gameros a unique perspective on community needs, financial stewardship, and local governance.
