Councilwoman Francis Allen-Palenske was elected to serve the citizens of Ward 4 and the city of Las Vegas in the November 2022 election. Francis is a lifelong Nevadan and a successful small business owner. She grew up in Reno, Nevada, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
