Arthur L. Lumpkin is the Councilmember-elect for Albany’s 3rd Ward and a long-time resident devoted to strengthening the community he proudly calls home. A dedicated father, grandfather, and now a great grandfather, as well as a respected civic leader, Arthur has spent decades serving Albany through mentorship, hands-on neighborhood work, and public service. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Arbor Hill Development Corporation and is an active member of the Masonic family as a Prince Hall Mason, a Shriner, and a Noble.
