About

Anthony “Tony” Vero was born and raised in Canton, Ohio, and took permanent residence in Richland County in the fall of 2004. He graduated from Miami University and the University of Akron School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Prior to becoming commissioner on January 3, 2017, Tony worked in the private sector and served on the Village of Lexington Council.
