Judge Loxley has served as a judge on the Warren County Court since May 2013. A native of Greenville, Ohio, Judge Loxley began his legal career as an officer in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in 1988. In 2015, he established the Warren County Veterans Court and serves as its Presiding Judge.
