COL John “Jay” Morgan was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in 2005 after graduating from the Virginia Military Institute, serving in various operational and broadening assignments including deployments to Iraq and Europe. He is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College and the Army War College, with numerous awards and decorations. COL Morgan is married with three children.
