Commissioner Mike Mitchell holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Linfield College and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Portland State University. He has 40 years of experience in general management of retail and wholesale companies and is currently retired. He is involved in various city activities including the Urban Renewal Commission and City Budget Committee, and previously served on the Planning Commission.
