About

Commissioner Jack Manning began working in the Pittsburgh region in 1998 and relocated to the Chippewa Township / Beaver Falls area in 2000. He was sworn into office for his first term in January 2020 and re-elected for a second term starting in January 2024. Prior to his commissionership, Jack owned Pinebrook Cottage Consulting (PCC) after a 35-year career in the Petro-chemical industry.
