Alice Yoder was elected to the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners in 2023. She began her professional career as a critical care registered nurse and later developed the Wellness Center at Lancaster General Health, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. She has also served on various planning commissions and boards, driven by a desire to improve lives for all people in Lancaster County.
