About

Joe is a lifelong resident of the County having grown up in the Shamokin – Coal Township area. He graduated from Shamokin Area High School in 1972 and is a 1976 graduate of Lycoming College where he was a member of the football team. He furthered his education receiving graduate degrees from both Bucknell University with a Master of Science in Education and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Administration.
