Scott has more than 32 years of experience in both private and public sectors. Prior to his election as York County Commissioner, he served as the Chief Clerk/Chief of Staff for the Dauphin County Commissioners and as the Chairman of the Springettsbury Township Board of Auditors. In the private sector, Scott spent 15 years in health services administration, holding a license as a Nursing Home Administrator in PA, WV, and VA.
