About

Stephen M. Bowden was elected to represent District 10 in November 2021. He graduated from Old Dominion University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After a legal career representing homeowners, he joined the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office, where he also works with the Veteran’s Treatment Court.
