About

William P. Tinkler won the election to represent District 9 in November 2023. He is a lifelong resident of and small business owner in West Ashley, and a graduate of Porter-Gaud School, Emory University, and the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, he worked as a staff attorney and law clerk before entering private practice, where he represents people and businesses in various legal matters.
