Jose brings over 22 years of experience in legal, operational, land acquisition, and development roles to Lancaster County Council. He has led organizations through significant growth and operational improvements, including a key role in the $10 billion merger of Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. The son of Cuban immigrants, Jose holds a BA from Florida State University and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and is married with two children.
