About

Billy Mosteller is serving his third term on Lancaster County Council representing District 3. He is owner of Mosteller Automotive & Alignment, LLC. He has been a volunteer fireman for 47 years and served 15 years as chief. He also served on the Lancaster County Fire Commission and the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office Advisory Council. He enjoys high school and college sports. He is a member of Hyde Park Baptist Church. Billy and his wife, Kathy, have a son, a daughter and four grandchildren.
