About

Dr. Bill Estes was first elected to the City Council in 2006. He came to Cleveland in 1998 as an Assistant Professor of Education at Lee University and serves on the Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission and the Greenway Board. Prior to his council service, he was a public schoolteacher, assistant principal, and principal.
