It is truly an honor to serve as the Cumberland County Mayor. Allen Foster started his work as a public servant in 2002 on the Board of Education, then served on the County Commission from 2010-2018, and was elected County Mayor in 2018. He believes leadership is a job of service to those that elect the leaders.
