Bill Shacklett was first elected to the Murfreesboro City Council in 2002 and served until 2006. He was re-elected in 2014 and his current term expires in 2028. A Murfreesboro native, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University and runs Shacklett's Photography.
