Kevin Harris was re-elected to his third term on Place Five of the Cedar Park City Council in May 2025, having served since 2021. A Cedar Park resident since 1997, he has a long history of community involvement, including serving on the Community Development board and Planning and Zoning Commission. He is also a U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) and a business owner.
