Council Member Ann Anderson was elected to the Frisco City Council in a special election held in January 2026 to represent Place 1. A longtime Frisco resident and small business owner, Ann has spent more than 20 years actively serving the Frisco community through civic leadership, nonprofit involvement, and volunteer service. She is the owner of Ann Anderson Insurance Agency and is married to Thor with two children.
