About

Councilmember Pat Van Houte was born in Syracuse, NY, and grew up in Cleveland, OH. She holds a BS in Psychology and an MA in Behavioral Sciences, and has lived in District D since 1980. Retired from the State of Texas, she previously served as a District D councilmember from 2009-2015, an at-large councilmember from 2015-2017, and returned to represent District D in 2021.
