Carolyn David-Graves grew up in the Caribbean and moved to Texas in 2015, choosing Princeton for her family's home. Committed to the city's growth, she joined the City Council to make a positive difference. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Mental Health Counseling and works as a Clinical Research Quality & Regulatory Specialist.
