Councilman Oyler is serving his first term on the city council. He is a lifetime resident of Spanish Fork, graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1996, and earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. He currently works as a Business Intelligence Analyst and previously served four years on the Spanish Fork Planning Commission.
