About

Councilman Marshall is serving his first term on the city council. After graduating with a civil engineering background, he spent 25 years with the Utah Department of Transportation and also served for four years on the Spanish Fork Planning Commission. Currently, Marshall is the Chief Revenue Officer with Horrocks Engineering.
