Cindy Wood was elected to serve the residents of District 4 in November 2025, having previously filled a vacancy in January 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. Cindy and her husband have lived in West Valley City for 40 years and have three children and three grandchildren.
