Gary P. Miller, M.D. F.A.C.C., a local cardiologist, was appointed to City Council in 2008 and has served as Vice-Mayor. He holds a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and is the owner and President of Cardiology Consultants of Danville, Inc. Dr. Miller currently serves on the Danville Utility Commission and the Danville-Pittsylvania County RIFA.
