Hope L. Harper is a Council member serving her second term from 2025-2028, having previously served from 2023-2024. She holds a B.S. from Virginia State University and has worked at Northrop Grumman Corp. since 1998. Harper is also a co-author of 'The Lioness Leads' and is involved in numerous community organizations.
