Martha Mugler is a Council member serving her first term from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2026. She holds a B.A. in communications from Radford University and has previously served in the House of Delegates and on the Hampton School Board. Currently, she is a Financial Services Program Manager at Old Point National Bank and has a background in public service and various community affiliations.
