Jimmy Gray is currently serving his fourth term as Mayor of Hampton, VA, having previously served as Vice Mayor. He holds an A.A.S. from Tidewater Community College, a B.S. from Hampton University, and a Master of Public Administration from Troy University. Prior to his elected office, he had a distinguished career as Hampton Assistant City Manager and Hampton Fire Chief.
