T. Scott Harris began his career in county government in 1986 and was elected Commissioner of the Revenue in 1999. Since then, he has focused on improving department functions through efficiency, accuracy, and enhanced customer service. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and is a Master Commissioner of the Revenue.
