Phillip Jones is the 27th Mayor of Newport News, Virginia, and the city’s youngest elected mayor, focused on strengthening education, enhancing public safety, and bringing innovation to City Hall. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with an MBA and MPP from Harvard, he served as a Marine Corps infantry officer and advised Fortune 500 companies as a consultant.
