Martin A. Thomas Jr. was elected to represent Ward 1 on August 23, 2016 and was elected Vice Mayor in July 2018. Mr. Thomas is a partner at the Decker Law Firm in downtown Norfolk where he has litigated personal injury cases since 2006. He resides with his wife, Maggie, and their two sons in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk.
