Rick Tift is a lifelong Bremerton resident with degrees from Olympic College, the University of Washington, and the University of Puget Sound. He retired after a 45-year career at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, including 19 years as Executive Director, and has a long history of civic involvement, serving on the Bremerton Planning Commission and various boards. His policy priorities include public safety, shipyard modernization, and addressing homelessness and housing affordability.
