Commissioner French is a former small business owner, with 15 years experience operating a restaurant in downtown Port Angeles. Born and raised in Clallam County, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Central Washington University, and enjoys playing piano for various community performances. Prior to being elected as Commissioner, he served five years as an elected member of the Port Angeles City Council.
