Charles (Chuck) Torelli has lived in Kennewick since 1985 and retired from Hanford in 2011 after a thirty-four-year career. He was appointed to the Kennewick City Council in 2019, then elected, and previously served on the Kennewick City Planning Commission. His priorities include economic development and managed long-term planning.
