About

David Parshall has deep ties to the Lynnwood community. He grew up in the Lynnwood area, attending local schools, and later earned a bachelor's degree in political science and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Washington. He returned to Lynnwood to teach and coach in the Edmonds School District, becoming interested in city government and regularly attending council meetings since 2016.
