About

Kelly is a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, and has lived in Marysville since 2004. Prior to being elected to Council, Kelly served on the city’s Planning Commission (2011-2019) and is an active community volunteer. He works as a Paraprofessional at an elementary school in Marysville and previously was a real estate agent/broker.
