Joe Stephenson is a community advocate with deep roots in Oshkosh, holding a Bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning and a Master’s in Public Administration from UW Oshkosh. He has extensive experience in housing, walkability, and redevelopment, and has served on numerous community boards including the Parks Board and Oshkosh Museum Board. As a Council Person, he aims to leverage his planning and community development expertise to improve Oshkosh for everyone.
